A five day  and a seven day Imagine@Northmoor writing retreat (open to writers and readers alike), will take place in October 2021 and March 2022.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR IMAGINE... OCTOBER 11TH-18TH 2021

 1. A £150 non-refundable deposit, per person, is required to secure a place at time of booking. The deposit should be paid via bank transfer or PayPal. Details will be provided at time of booking.

2. Balance to be received by July 1st 2021

3. An Early Bird discount of £50 OFF is available for those who book BEFORE midnight (GMT) on 20th November 2020. Early Bird bookings still requires £150 deposit per person at the time of booking.

4.  Deposits will not be repaid on guest cancellation. If full price has been paid, and booking is cancelled before 10th August 2020, then all funds but the deposit will be refunded. Guest cancellation after that time - for whatever reason - will forfeit all payments. Imagine recommend guests consider arranging private cancellation insurance.

5. Cancellation of the event by the property owner or by Imagine will see the entire costs already paid transferred to a future retreat.

6. Damage liability – Items owned by the retreat property or Imagine that are damaged by guests must be paid for by the person responsible for causing the damage prior to leaving the venue.

7. No pets. Please note that the owner of Northmoor has cats and dogs which have the freedom of the property’s grounds. (They may wander into the house if doors are left open.)

8. No smoking or vaping within the property or associated grounds.

9. Catering is provided. Please inform Imagine... of any dietary requirements at time of booking to ensure your needs are met. Additional catering enquires should be sent to imaginecreativewriting@gmail.com a.s.a.p. after booking.

10. Linen and towels are provided.

11. The owner and Imagine accept no liability for injury, illness, expense, damage or loss of any type suffered by persons whatsoever unless the owners/Imagine are proved to be negligent.

12. Imagine are not responsible for your personal items while at Northmoor.

13. Arrival time on the Monday is 4.00 pm. Departure time on the Monday is 9.30am. Alison and Jenny will be there to greet you on arrival.

14. Alcohol is not sold on the premises. Alcohol may be drunk on the premises if guests wish to bring their own.

15. Rooms are allocated at Imagine’s discretion.
